Our customers make a performance promise to their end-users and it's up to Amlife to ensure that promise is kept. For some products, we must meet or exceed MIL-STD-810G standards. For other products, we have to guarantee that our products will be EM shielded, withstand a certain water-ingress test or pass a number of different stress tests. It's not enough for the product to simply look good, it must be built to quantifiable standards.

Our customers' designs have been top-notch and they've trusted us to ensure that their vision has become reality. There are, of course, practical concerns when manufacturing high-end furniture such as the functions of various components, reaching set cost targets and delivering on time. But time and again, what impresses us most is seeing the furniture fully assembled and truly appreciating its elegance.  We have and continue to manufacture a number of different furniture items for commercial, consumer and medical purposes. These include conference tables, cubical partitions, armatures and various carts. We have another for whom we manage dozens of SKUs, shipping close to a container a day of product around to world the various retailers. This service has been proven to be extremely valuable to those customers who have a high-mix product they need to have manufactured and delivered. Sometimes, that means a complex product with a huge bill of materials, but not necessarily a large total quantity. Other times, it can mean a a large number of products that need to be sourced, manufactured and managed by an office with feet-on-the-street in China. Not too long ago,Amlife opened a new machine shop dedicated to producing only the highest quality precision machined parts. From the building to the equipment to the personnel, we've designed this facility to provide our customers with the right mix of cost savings and confidence in the finished products. The facilities we use operate amazing facilities with up-to-date equipment and processes.  We are producing a number of small and large cabinets and projects for several different industries. For the telco industry, we make several versions of large integrated data cabinets. For data centers, we make server cases designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. And for the medical industry, we manufacture large monitor armatures designed to be bolted permanently to the hospital floor.
