Founded in 2005, Denmark Corporation Danamics ApS today unveiled what it claims is the world's first liquid metal CPU radiator, type "LM10".
According to Danamics, the liquid metal has two big superiority in the cooling of high density heat source: one is to have higher thermal conductivity, the thermal physical properties may enable it to quickly lower the chip temperature; two is the electromagnetic pump by means of its electrical properties can be made efficient, reliable, compact, and without the use of any activity member, does not exist naturally in vibration and noise problem.
