TOOLING SERVICES

MOLDS BUILT FOR PRODUCTION
Many tools built offshore may work great during the sampling period but fail during production due to poor tool design or construction and the use of substandard materials. We utilize our advanced tooling skills and production knowledge to craft molds that consistently produce quality products. 

We tool hundreds of molds each year. We build these molds for production in China and for export to North America or Europe. Our molds are not only inexpensive, but they also meet our customer's long-term production needs.

TOOLING SHOP FEATURES
We built our tooling shop from the ground up, supplying it with the best equipment, software, protocols and people available. To this day, the shop continues to grow and build upon past experience to produce high-quality molds. Features of our tooling shop include:

Experience with many plastics and metals including aluminum, zinc and magnesium
Multi-cavity, hot-runner and multi-slide capabilities
MoldFlow® Analysis to ensure success
Design For Manufacturing and FEA analysis
We use only high quality mold bases
We use high-quality, imported steel
Full export tooling using U.S. measurements
We produce hundreds of tools per year
